Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Any order placed after 12 p.m. (PST) on Fridays will not be processed until the following business day.
If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day.
Online purchases must be returned within 60 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

If you wish to exchange for a different size please include detailed instructions including order number, name, address, and sizing information. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to the address above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
If you wish to return your item please send back to the address above. Include a note stating what your reason for return is. Once we receive your unused item, Rockstar will issue a credit refund. The shipping cost will not be refunded. All returns must be returned using a traceable method of delivery.
All items are subject shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.
Rockstar does not ship outside of the United States.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to your provided email address once your order has shipped. All orders ship Fedex ground and normally arrive within 1-10 business days.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship out of the country, to PO Box addresses, or to APO addresses from our US online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover as terms of payment. Declined transactions may appear as a charge on your credit card, but these are just pending authorizations to hold charges and they should fall within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Even if the transaction is declined, due to AVS Mismatch, the authorization code will be on the purchasing card until the card issuing bank removes it.
In order to apply a discount code, you must log in to your account. All promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
